About

A finance partner who scales with the business

Today I partner with founders and leadership teams on a fractional and advisory basis — bringing senior finance leadership to companies that need the depth without a full-time hire.

I lead finance at venture-backed and growth-stage companies, serving as a trusted partner to executives and boards on financial strategy, planning, and capital. Over 19+ years I've driven successful raises, run M&A due diligence, built financial models that hold up under investor scrutiny, and managed treasury — while standing up the controls and teams that let a company scale without losing its grip on the numbers.

My range spans CFO-level strategy and deep, hands-on accounting: I'm as comfortable in a board conversation about runway and capital as I am closing the books, fixing a broken revenue process, or migrating an ERP. Increasingly that means bringing automation and AI into the finance stack — building lean, tooling-driven workflows that let small teams operate well above their headcount. I'm currently a Quantic Executive MBA candidate (Class of 2027).
